How do I place an order?
Email us at desyhop.info@gmail.com or send us a message on facebook with the item name & style number, color, size (if applicable) that you're interested in.

How do I pay?

We offer 3 easy payment options. Upon receiving a confirmation email (we will send you one within 48 hours), please pay with:
  • Bank transfer (Maybank - Malaysia, HSBC - Malaysia). Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with Bank Account Number. Please make payment and send us the transfer date and reference number. 
  • Using your credit card through Paypal - safe and easy way if you want to hide your bank account information. (There is a fee charged by Paypal - please indicate that it is a gift)
  • You can Telegraphic transfer the payment to us. Please note that there will be bank charges added to your total order. 
We will provide bank details in your confirmation email.  Item(s) will be shipped once full payment is received.  

What are my shipping options?
We want to make your shopping experience easy! All of our price listed includes shipping & delivery straight to you. For items that are not listed here and you have asked for a quote, please see below your shipping options:

We will always choose the cheapest way to deliver your package to you, that is via USPS. We will send a separate bill for any shipping top-up, and we also refund any shipping excess within 5 working days of shipping.
  • First-Class Mail Envelope.
    • Varies, depending on the total weight. 
      • Items without tracking (USD 8 - USD 45); with tracking (additional USD 13) (We highly recommend Registered Mail Service)
      • Maximum weight 4 lbs
      • Duration: 7-14 working days or vary
  • Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope
    • Varies, depending on the total weight. 
      • Anything over 4lbs
      • Tracking is included
      • USD 40 - USD 70
  • Express
    • Varies, depending on the total weight. 
      • Duration: 3 - 5 working days or vary
      • USD 60 - 80
      • Tracking included
    If you prefer to ship via FedEx, DHL, etc. please let us know.
    Customer is responsible for any import duty fee/tax if your parcel is being held by the custom. We advise to keep your package small, so it helps to separate your items into 2 or 3 packages. Under other circumstances that your parcel is being held by the custom, you will have to bear the duty cost. 

      Where did you buy the items? Are they new and original? 
      Mostly from outlet malls, boutiques, trustable & valid online sites, etc. They are 100% authentic and new (unless stated otherwise) or your money back! 

      What else should I know? 

      • Payments are non refundable.
      • As items are subject to availability, we will refund you 100% the amount paid if the item is not available. 
      • All items are personally selected and are in good condition. We will not be held responsible for lost/damaged mailed-out items.
      • All sales are final. No warranty, refundable, exchangeable and returnable for all items.
      • We are not affiliated with any brands listed here. 
      • Buyers are responsible for custom duties and tax that may incur. 
      I don't feeling like dealing with tax or shipping!
